logo image   mercedes image Many of the other glass companies out there tell you that they are using “factory” auto glass when you request it, and many times it’s just not true.  They are ALL misleading you! Here at Allegiance Auto Glass, we won’t mislead you and will get you exactly what you want.  We will educate you, so you make the proper decision. Just because it fits on your vehicle, doesn’t mean its factory glass.  In an effort to educate our clients, here’s how it works:
  • OEE (Original Equipment Equivalent) – This type of glass is the exact same as the manufacturers glass when the car was purchased.  It won’t have the manufacturers logo on it. This glass has the same materials and specifications that the manufacturer provides in a new vehicle.   Again, the only difference is it won’t have the logo of the vehicle manufacturer.  OEE glass will save you money and give you a quality equivalent.  When you would like this type of glass, please request OEE glass.
  • OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) – This is going to be the same exact glass that comes with a new vehicle. OEM auto glass will almost always have the manufacturers logo on it.  When wanting this type of glass, please ask for OEM.
In addition to the above, we also have standard replacement auto glass available as well, and is the least expensive.  It’s a quality product and many of our clients choose this option, as this saves them a fair amount of money. Many clients request OEM auto glass, and are typically vehicle owners who drive Audi, BMW, Infinity, Lexus, Mercedes Benz, Porsche, and Jaguar, are the clients who request this type of auto glass.  Allegiance Auto Glass specializes in the makes and models of these vehicles.  We have also found that truck owners who have invested in the more expensive GMC, Ford, Chevy and Dodge trucks, also prefer to have OEM glass.  Even though OEM glass is a bit more expensive, there is no substitute for the glass that came with the vehicle when purchased.
